Shipping Policy: We ship USPS priority mail, with each package insured. If your item does not arrive 14 days after shipping notification, please let us know so that we can replace the lost package.
International shipping: We ship USPS global priority mail. You are responsible for understanding your customs policies, time in customs, ALL duties and fees charged by your country. It is your responsibility to know these fees before ordering, sachicarriers.com is not responsible for delays or fees due to your country's customs policies.
We ship to the address you provide us via paypal payment. We will NOT ship to any other addresses unless otherwise notified via email to do so.

Exchanges for items returned in new/resellable condition within the first 14 days after receipt.
Starting with orders taken on or after 8-1-07 we will allow refunds on items returned in NEW unwashed condition within 14 days of your receiving of the carrier. We will deduct a 5$ restocking fee and will not refund shipping fees.
Sorry, exhcanges are not accepted on custom items, reversible print carriers, altered items OR clearance items.
Prior return authorization REQUIRED. Repairs are gladly made to ANY carrier within the first year after purchase original purchase date~ this includes clearanced items.
